I’m excited to announce that my first in-person studio event since quarantine is on the books! Join me at Abundant Space in Scottsdale on Thursday, July 29th at 5:30PM for Yoni Yoga.
This pelvic yoga class will help you learn how to determine if you should focus more on strength (kegels or mula bandha), stretch or a combo when it comes to YOUR pelvic floor muscles. I will show you how to incorporate what you learn into your yoga practice & daily life.
Every pelvis is unique. Some need strength (kegels or mula bandha), some need to focus more on relaxing and others need both. Book a virtual & in-person private session to get 1:1 attention & a practice customized for YOUR pelvic floor needs!
Below is a short questionnaire I use when working with new pelvic yoga students. This helps me get to know more about YOUR pelvic floor.
Curious is pelvic yoga might be right for you? If you answer TRUE for any of these questions, you might have a pelvic floor condition that could benefit from pelvic yoga. And if I can’t help you, I’ll definitely try to point you in the right direction. There’s a space at the bottom to ask any questions before your appointment or before booking.
