I combine my Pelvic Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Postpartum Doula training to help students care for their pelvic floors on & off the mat. The yoga I share is great for students who experience severe period cramps, pregnancy pains, pelvic discomfort after birth, pain with intimacy, bladder leaks, urinary urgency, constipation and other pelvic issues.
