Do you struggle with anxiety?

You’re not alone! Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in our country, affecting 40 million adults.

Yoga can be super helpful for anxiety, but not when you’re spending the whole time wondering “Am I doing this right??”  I designed Yoga for Anxiety for beginner yogis looking for more than just a workout.  Students who want to tap into the deeper benefits yoga has to offer but don’t know where to start.

Yoga hasn’t made my anxiety completely disappear but it has helped me develop a relationship where I work with my anxiety.  It no longer feels like anxiety is in the driver’s seat and that’s a BIG win! I’ve found ways to quiet my mind, minimize my panic attacks & support myself in times of stress.



Yoga is so much more than the poses, but that’s what brings most to the mat for the first time.  Over time I felt the poses went from fitness focused to a moving meditation.

It’s taken me years to learn these different techniques from teachers & friends on my yoga journey.  Quarantine required me to put these practices into action like never before & gave me the time to create Ease Your Mind.

This course is a great introduction to yoga poses, meditation, breathwork & journaling for anxiety. The only yoga prop I recommend for this program is a yoga mat but you can use a blanket, carpeted floor or bed instead. (I highly recommend trying the BONUS Bedtime Yoga Flow in bed before a nice long savasana zzzzzz)

This course does not have all the answers, but I hope these practices support you as you find a different relationship with your anxiety.  I never thought I would have a relationship with my anxiety like this and I am honored to share these practices with you today!
