This 3-week series at The Tot Spot (Phoenix, AZ) will teach you the Do’s & Don’ts of postnatal yoga so you can get moving safely & confidently on the mat. 

I’ll also share how to modify your practice for common postpartum issues such as bladder leaks, diastasis, breastfeeding pains and more!

No need to book a sitter!

This yoga series will be in a baby-safe play space where you can bring your pre-walking tot with you.
