What is period yoga?

Online Private Pelvic Yoga to Prevent & Ease Period Cramps

This 60-minute private virtual yoga session includes some of my favorite yoga poses & pelvic floor exercises to help ease period pain.  

Be sure to let me know if you have any other pelvic floor issues (example: pain with intimacy or constipation) so the class can further customized for YOUR unique pelvic floor & period needs.

Period yoga is for you if:

  • You have painful period cramps

  • Your pelvic floor muscles are hypertonic (or tense)
