Online Pelvic Floor Yoga to Prevent
& Ease Painful Period Cramps

What is period yoga?

This 60-minute relaxing virtual yoga class includes some of my favorite poses to help relax pelvic floor muscles to ease period pain.  This class usually takes place the Thursday on or just before the full moon & sometimes has a special guest that teaches us more about our bleeds (cycle tracking, how to use a dilator & more.  Classes with guests will be 90-minutes total.

  • Your pelvic floor muscles are hypertonic (or tense)

Reproductive Health Practitioner & Full Spectrum Fertility Awareness Educator, Chloe Skerlak

Chloe is a Justisse Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner and Full Spectrum Fertility Awareness Educator. Infused with joy, laughter, and play, Chloe teaches fertility awareness education to women and people with cycles so they may regain their sexual and reproductive sovereignty, become advocates for their own health, and live vibrant, healthy lives. She is also the founder of the Cervix Portrait Party (yes – taking photos of your cervix is a thing!) and is passionate about teaching body literacy to pre-teens and teens. Chloe also loves salsa dancing, full moon bathing, and playing the ukulele.

Everyone will receive a link to the live zoom class + a 30-day recording to watch at your own convenience throughout your cycle. Watch it during your bleed for period cramp relief or practice throughout your cycle to help prevent period pain before it begins!
