This 15-minute yoga video helps to deepen the breath, calming the nervous system before bed.  This flow features one of my favorite yoga poses for anxiety, legs up the wall.  This is not only relaxing, it’s a great hamstring stretch.

This short yoga flow can be done before bed to help with sleep or whenever you feel stressed or anxious.

This flow is beginner friendly and requires minimal props.  It can be done in bed using your headboard or on your yoga mat at a wall.
